15 motivos por los que tener un perro no es buena idea si tienes hijos pequeños

Si tenéis hijos, pero no mascotas, probablemente cuando hayan crecido un poco os habrán insistido con llevar a casa algún tipo de animal. O quizá vuestro pequeño llegó cuando ya teníais una mascota como miembro de la familia. Pero, ¿es buena idea tener perros en casa cuando tenemos bebés o hijos pequeños? En este artículo os damos algunos argumentos para que lo juzguéis vosotros mismos.

1. Ya desde el embarazo, el animal notará que algo raro sucede y dejará de darte cariño y compañía

2. No se preocuparán del bebé, y por supuesto no lo cuidarán

3. Los niños, además, tienen un miedo natural hacia los animales. Entran en pánico sólo con verlos

4. Su contacto con ellos, además, reforzará su sistema inmunológico, reduciendo su posibilidad de sufrir alergias y otros tipos de afecciones, y nadie quiere eso para sus hijos

5. Siempre están ocupados con sus cosas de animales, por lo que no harán compañía a nuestros hijos

6. Tampoco tienen grandes cosas que enseñarles, sólo tonterías como el respeto, la responsabilidad, la fidelidad y la confianza

7. Y, ¿de qué sirve que su instinto de protección haga que siempre estén alerta de si le pasa algo a nuestros pequeños? ¿Qué podrían hacer, avisarnos?

8. Cuando son un poco mayores, nuestros hijos tendrían que ocuparse de sacarlos y pasar tiempo al aire libre, privándolos de un precioso tiempo sedentario frente a la televisión o el ordenador

9. Incluso puede que fomenten que hagan ejercicio. Qué horror

10. Aparecerán los celos, y no serán capaces de compartir nada

11. Tampoco guardarán bonitos y divertidos recuerdos juntos

12. Al relacionarse con otros animales, fomentarán que los niños también tengan que desarrollar capacidades sociales. Pueden conocer a otra gente, e incluso hacer nuevos amigos. ¡Esto es terrible!

13. Crecerán y madurarán juntos, obligando a los pequeños a afrontar conceptos como el desarrollo de la vida, la vejez o la muerte. ¡Con lo fácil y cómodo que es mantenerlos en una burbuja, sin responderles a cuestiones complicadas!

14. Si tus hijos tienen algún tipo de problema de salud o discapacidad, por supuesto, un perro no será de ninguna ayuda
