Las semillas feminizadas son las más eficaces y vigorosas tanto para el cultivo de exteriores como de interiores. Pero ¿cómo se crea este tipo de semillas feminizadas? ¿es legal su cultivo?

¿Qué son las semillas feminizadas y cómo se crean?

Como podemos ver, las semillas de marihuana feminizadas carecen de cromosomas masculinos y son ideales para aquellos cultivadores que buscan cultivos con un proceso de floración más fácil y rápido. Unas plantas que los especialistas en semillas feminizadas preparan con cuidado para producir solo plantas de cannabis femeninas de calidad. Unos cultivos con plantas hembra sin semilla, sin polinizar y realmente robustas.

Pero ¿cómo crear este tipo de plantas hembra? Por naturaleza, la marihuana cultivada a partir de esquejes produce semillas macho y hembra en iguales proporciones. Para que solo conseguir hembras es preciso recurrir a técnicas de feminización en las que se fuerza a las plantas hembra a producir más polen y utilizarlo para polinizar otras plantas hembra. Así se feminizarán las semillas sin que surjan semillas macho.

¿Cuál es su situación legal en España?

La legislación española va volviéndose más laxa en lo que respecta al cultivo de cannabis en espacios privados, como el ámbito doméstico, por ejemplo. En este caso, no es legal, pero se ha despenalizado siempre y cuando las plantas sean para uso personal y con fines tanto recreativos como medicinales. No está regulado el número de plantas a partir el cuál puede establecerse que es un cultivo punible, algo que ha supuesto la aparición de numerosos clubes sociales de cannabis en los que se cultiva marihuana.

Por otra parte, el cultivo de CBD es legal en España, aunque no ha de contener más del 0,2% de THC o tetrahirocannabinol, el cannabinoide con efectos psicoactivos de la marihuana. El cultivo de CBD para uso medicinal, científico y recreativo está regulado y es legal, siempre y cuando no sea haga en público.

El cultivo, elaboración, posesión y el tráfico ilícito, además de las actividades que promuevan el consumo de estupefacientes y drogas está castigado por el Código Penal.

¿Es posible plantar para el autoconsumo?

En el caso de autoconsumo, este no se considera delito sea cual fuere la finalidad última, si bien se deben observar una serie de condiciones como no poseer más de 100 gramos, no fumar en espacios públicos y que los cultivos que se posean no puedan verse desde espacios públicos. Hay algunas excepciones como si se puede probar con receta médica que se cultiva para uso medicinal.

Las semillas feminizadas permiten poder cultivar de forma sencilla, no requiriendo al cultivador tener que ser un experto. Unas semillas de alta calidad que podremos cultivar en casa ya que, aunque no está legalizado su cultivo, sí que está despenalizado.
